This week I tried to take photographs of series objects. Looking through the aperture magazine, I notices a lot of photographers using the traditional idea of three objects in a row, but then they would add a fourth object in a different position or with different characteristics. I really liked how this idea could create humor, so I tried to do it myself. I also liked the ideas of layering textures and patterns like some of the photographs from the open shutter studio. The idea of layering connects directly to my underlying theme of different perspectives, so I might try to incorporate some textures with the photographs I took this week. It was a lot easier to take the photographs I had envisioned by taking them inside unlike last week, and I think they will be easy to edit.
